Mall of the North strives to be accessible and hospitable to all shoppers. The multi-level Mall of the North has two vertical access points for disabled patrons, with lifts situated at either end of the centre in addition to the two escalator points. Disabled parking is available for shoppers displaying the correct sign on their vehicle. Special bathroom facilities have also been provided in every bathroom.



Mall of the North offers its patrons with young children the privacy of a family room including baby changing facilities. Our family rooms have their own entrances, which means that Mommy or Daddy can accompany the little ones. We also have special extra-wide family parking bays to give you enough space to easily strap your little ones in their safety seats and get your wriggle worm safely into their pram or pushchair.
